Who is this program for?

The program is designed for employees who have basic knowledge and skills in the different areas of the warehouse including  how to receive, handle and despatch goods. They pick, pack, stow stock, operate equipment such as forklifts and order pickers. They may specialise in receiving, despatching or specialised handling of products e.g. dangerous goods.

How will I be assessed?

To gain the qualification you will have to pass a number of practical and workplace (or simulated workplace) assessments. The assessments for this course are based on both formal and informal processes as required by the government.

  • TLIA2021A: Despatch stock
  • TLIA2022A: Participate in stocktakes
  • TLIA3017A: Identify products and store to specifications
  • TLID2004A: Load and unload goods/cargo
  • TLIE2001A: Present routine workplace information
  • TLIE2008A: Process workplace documentation
  • TLIG2007A: Work in a socially diverse environment
  • TLIL2008A: Complete routine administrative tasks
