Who is this program for?
This program is designed for process workers who perform a wide range of tasks needed for the efficient production of goods. A process worker may operate production equipment, directly manufacture a product, or provide support to employees who do. Process workers may be in the food, beverage, consumer packaged goods or pharmaceutical industries.

How will I be assessed?
To gain the qualification you will have to pass a number of practical and workplace (or simulated workplace) assessments. The assessments for this course are based on both formal and informal processes as required by the government.
This program is made up of four core and seventeen elective units of competency:

- Identify and minimise environmental hazards
- Receive or despatch goods

- Participate in continuous improvement
