Who is this course for?

This program is for designed for individuals who build business to business (B2B) relationships by selling products and services to customers. Their duties may include meeting sales targets, taking orders and providing information to customers. They may also hold responsibility for a particular sales ‘territory’. Participants will learn about managing customer relationships and sales and negotiation techniques.

How will I be assessed?

To gain the qualification you will have to pass a number of practical and workplace (or simulated workplace) assessments. The assessments for this course are based on both formal and informal processes as required by the government.
