Who is this program for?
This program is designed for employees who are responsible for the sale of an organisation’s products and services. They use business sales skills and have knowledge of various business sales contexts. They may provide leadership and guidance to others, however they typically report to a more senior sales person. Participants will learn how to use a variety of sales and presentation tools and techniques.

How will I be assessed?
To gain the qualification you will have to pass a number of practical and workplace (or simulated workplace) assessments. The assessments for this course are based on both formal and informal processes as required by the government.
