Who is this program for?
This program is for employees who work as team leaders or supervisors in the manufacturing industry who wish to apply Lean Manufacturing or Just in Time (JIT) manufacturing skills to their staff and workflows. Participants will learn a number of methodologies designed to reduce waste and increase their team’s output. Outcomes for this qualification include improved team productivity, reduced wastage and workplace initiatives.

How will I be assessed?
To gain the qualification you will have to pass a number of practical and workplace (or simulated workplace) assessments. The assessments for this course are based on both formal and informal processes as required by the government.
