Who is this course for?

This program is designed for those at the first line of management in a retail outlet or department within a large retail store. Their duties may include managing employees, inventory and stock control, Open-to-Buy (OTB) calculations, marketing and business management at the shopfront level. Participants will learn contemporary retail management practices.

How will I be assessed?

To gain the qualification you will have to pass a number of practical and workplace (or simulated workplace) assessments. The assessments for this course are based on both formal and informal processes as required by the government.
